We believe in a kind of agriculture where humans do not dominate, but cooperate with nature.
Our fields are living ecosystems where wild herbs, bees, birds, fungi, and microorganisms coexist with avocado trees.
Each fruit we harvest grows from the harmony between nature and agriculture — a project taking shape among the flourishing ecosystems of South-Eastern Sicily, from the Hyblaean Mountains to the sea.
A treasure to preserve
We cultivate organic avocados in the municipalities of Solarino, Floridia and Sortino, at the foot of the Hyblaean Mountains in the province of Syracuse.
It’s a landscape of rocky gorges and Mediterranean scrub, with a mild climate and rich biodiversity, bathed in sunlight and facing the sea.
Here, alongside our fruits, grow the relationships between people and the land — a place where our lives intertwine with nature.

The roots of a shared project
The Ecosystemic Iblea Cooperative was founded on January 23, 2023, by 13 members united by a common idea: to cultivate in harmony with nature.
